A request for participation in a research project:

I am Christin Hess, an MSc student from the University of Nottingham and I am looking to speak with people working in CSR/Supply Chain Management/Ethical Trade departments for a research project about modern slavery and sub-supplier management.

The project aims to assess how focal companies are coping with sub-suppliers beyond the first tier to eradicate modern slavery in the supply chain. Additionally, it aims to evaluate the role of collaboration with business and non-business partners in that context.

As part of this project, I would like to invite professionals from focal companies, suppliers or other organisations in the food retail and construction sector for an interview (in person or remotely) to talk about approaches, enablers, and challenges.

All interviews will be treated confidentially and participants will be sent an executive summary of the research findings as a thank you for their time.

If you would like to participate (or know someone who would be suitable) please contact Christin on Tel: 07999759377 / Email: lixch20@nottingham.ac.uk
